Isabella Court Phase II is a new community providing affordable apartments in Vancouver’s Fourth Plain Corridor.

This new building will serve the needs of people with very low-incomes, and households experiencing or at risk for homelessness located in Vancouver, WA.

*Apartments are reserved for individuals and families making up to 50% MFI.

Eligibility: In addition to income requirements and household size, the following factors will be used to evaluate a household’s lease eligibility: credit and rental history and criminal background checks and credit history. Our leasing staff will be happy to answer questions and provide further information.

Student Status: In general, apartments at Isabella Court may not be occupied by households consisting entirely of full-time students.
